We are an all volunteer first aid squad located about 60 minutes west of New York City and about 10 minutes west of Morristown NJ. We serve approximately 5,400 residents of the Township of Mendham and cover 17 square miles, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and respond to over 350+ calls a year. We also have mutual aid agreements with other local first aid squads. To quickly respond to emergencies, we have two ambulances at two stations, due to large size and layout of the township. One rig (EMS-1) is stationed on Cherry Lane and serves the east side of town and a second rig (EMS-2) is stationed on Mendham Road West (Rt. 24) and serves the west side of town. We provide full basic life support (BLS) emergency medical services. All of our members are either NJ Certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-B) or drivers. Advanced Life Support (ALS) is provided to our area mainly by Atlantic Health System or St. Clare's Hospital. We never charge for any of our serivces. We rely on donations. We are always looking for volunteers!
